Services Provided & Eligibility

We offer Housing Stabilization Services, which is a Minnesota Medical Assistance benefit to help people with disabilities, including mental illness and substance use disorder, and seniors find and keep housing.

Housing Stabilization is a Home and Community Based Service (HCBS), and providers of Housing Stabilization must abide by the HCBS requirements. This service has specific eligibility criteria

Client Responsibilities 

Clients (or authorized representatives) must:

1. • Provide accurate personal and medical information.
   • Notify us promptly of changes in condition or contact information.
   • Be respectful to staff and follow agreed-upon service schedules.

Cancellations and No-Shows 

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for service cancellations. Repeated no-shows or cancellations may result in suspension of services.

Third-Party Links

• Our site may link to external resources (e.g., government agencies, partner nonprofits).
• We do not endorse or control these sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Limitations of Liability

While we take every precaution to provide safe, reliable services, Haus Key Housing Services is not liable for: 

• We do not guarantee that all website information is current or error-free.
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from website use, service delays, or third-party links.
• Housing support eligibility is subject to program requirements and funding availability.

Termination of Services 

We reserve the right to terminate services for reasons including:

• Abuse or harassment of staff
• Unsafe home environments
• Non-compliance with service agreements
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services without notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
